Refund policy

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt under Danish consumer law.

Made-to-order or fully customised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or have manufacturing error.

Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after receiving the returned item.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
